Tempering to a fine edge

After 10 years of single parenting through most of my 20's, I got married to my husband in 2003. At the start of this blog, we had just found out we were expecting my second child, our first child together. Since then, I've lost a pregnancy and had a baby at home. My second daughter has been diagosed with a rare chromosome disorder, a small deletion on her fourth chromosome.




I organized the first International babywearing conference in Portland, Oregon in August 2006.
